We are a natural skincare brand, deeply rooted in the time honoured tradition of  African herbal remedies.

The journey to get to this point started ten years ago. In that time, we have experimented at the kitchen table mixing shea butter with different oils and other natural ingredients to perfect our skincare line.

TARISHEA is founded on the principle of the proven healing properties of ethically sourced, wholly plant-based ingredients and the age-old process of transforming these ingredients into holistic skincare products that not only protect the skin but rejuvenate, replenish and restore the body.

Forming the base for all our product is “Ori”, the Yoruba* word for Shea Butter, a proven moisturizer known for its high concentrations of fatty acids with extensive anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing properties.

Extracted from shea tree nuts, the oils in shea butter soak into the skin to create a protective soft and smooth layer over the skin that creates a last longing moisturizing effect. This emollient property in the base of our products provides relief from dry and sensitive skin, eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis preventing wrinkles and rashes.

Not only do we care about the ingredients in our products and how they are sourced, we are also fully committed to sustainability, for this reason all our packaging are eco-friendly and are produced from materials that are either biodegradable or recyclable.
